Grindle Remodels is a family-owned, Husband and Wife Team conducting business in the Seattle area, since 1990. Our skill set includes architectural design, interior design and custom remodel construction.  Each remodel and new build is uniquely designed and constructed for the individual client. We take time to listen to you, the client, so that, we can deliver the type of design you envision. We are dedicated to giving you excellence from the ground up.

Experienced Professionals Provide Excellence

Our builder, Mark Grindle, grew up in the building business allowing him to offer our clients a lifetime of experience. Mark attended Western Washington University, Bellingham. Along with an excellent business skill set, Mark is also a Master Craftsman.

Lee Mohr manages the office and the schedule for Grindle Remodels. Mohr’s skills include interior design with an emphasis on color. Lee holds degrees from Western Washington University, Bellingham, WA. (BFA); Alaska Pacific University, Anchorage, AK. (MLA) in both art and business, and a design degree from The Interior Design Institute in San Francisco.

Our company is dedicated to excellence in craftsmanship and using excellent products. We use as many green products as available and incorporate these products and green features in the homes we remodel and build.

Your home, the way it appears and functions is important to you, we think that is important too!  We consider our work, the homes we remodel and build as works of art, with attention to detail and craftsmanship as top priorities.  Customer satisfaction is our priority, so we do regular follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with many of our clients.   Much of our business is repeat clients and referrals. 

We Offer Realistic Cost Estimates

When you contact us, we offer estimates at no charge.  After we have gathered information regarding the desired project, we will turn around a detailed estimate for remodel within a week.  Once the project is approved by you, we will guide you through the product selection process and set a start date.  All product selections will be ordered and stored on-site to be installed as needed according to the remodel schedule.  We do our best to streamline the project for your convenience.
